      将废弃物炉渣和菇渣按照不同配比(炉渣∶菇渣=3∶1、1∶1、1∶3)作为辣椒无土栽培基质,筛选来源广泛、价格低廉且适合辣椒生长的基质配方,以菜园土为对照,测定了株高、冠幅、根长、光合参数、生物量、产量以及果实有机酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量。结果表明:在体积比1∶1的混配基质中,辣椒增产18.73%,有机酸含量增加0.47%,可溶性蛋白含量增加0.22%,可溶性糖含量增加0.90%;在体积比3∶1的混配基质中,辣椒增产10.85%,有机酸含量增加0.27%,可溶性蛋白含量增加0.19%,可溶性糖含量未见显著变化;在体积比1∶3的混配基质中,有机酸含量增加0.80%,可溶性蛋白含量增加0.31%,可溶性糖含量增加0.21%,但辣椒产量显著降低。得出体积比1∶1和3∶1的炉渣、菇渣混配基质是适合辣椒生长的无土栽培基质配方,其中以体积比1∶1最好。

      To screen easily acquired and cheap soilless cultivation substrate for hot pepper, this experiment chose slag and mushroom residue of different proportions to carry out the soilless cultivation of hot pepper. We measured the height, crown, root length, photosynthetic parameters, biomass, yield, fruit organic acids, fruit soluble proteins, fruit soluble sugar of hot peppers growing in different proportions of slag and mushroom residue(1∶3, 1∶1, 3∶1). The yield of hot pepper in the 1∶1 mixed substrate was increased by 18.73%, the fruit organic acids by 0.47%, the fruit soluble proteins by 0.22% and the fruit soluble sugar by 0.90%. The yield of hot pepper in the 3∶1 mixed substrate was increased by 10.85%, the fruit organic acids by 0.27%, the fruit soluble proteins by 0.19%. The fruit organic acids of hot pepper in the 1∶3 mixed substrate was elevated by 0.80%, the fruit soluble proteins by 0.31%, the fruit soluble sugar by 0.21%. The mixed substrate of slag and mushroom residue at the volume proportion of 1∶1 and 3∶1 is suitable, cheap and easily acquired for soilless cultivation of hot pepper.
