      以抗寒性不同的白菜型冬油菜品种陇油7号与陇油9号为亲本构建的F2群体为材料,对白菜型冬油菜抗寒性相关的生理指标进行了QTL定位分析。在白菜型油菜的10条染色体上定位了SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白含量共6个性状的24个QTL位点,可解释表型变异为11.1783%~81.1753%;10个显性效应表现为显性正效应,LOD值在3.2787~163.7958之间。染色体2A的BrID90127-BrID10421区、BrID10421-BrID10709区及BrID10709-BrID101165区,5A的BRMS034(R5)-Ra3-H10区、6A的Ra1-F06-Ra2-D04区、8A的BrID10839-Ra2-E12区和10A的BrID90115-Ra2-E07区是多个性状QTL共享的标记区间。研究结果对冬油菜抗寒性基因精确定位具有一定价值。
英文摘要:
      The superior cold resistance B. rapa variety “Longyou 7” and general cold variety “Longyou 9” were used as parents and a F2 mapping population was constructed. The results showed that 39 primers were selected for further analysis of F2 population. Based on molecular marker genetic map and QTL software, a total of 24 QTLs were detected for SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, MDA content, free proline content and soluble protein content from 10 chromosomes. Those QTLs were able to explain 11.1783%~81.1753% of phenotypic variation. The dominant effects of 10 QTLs were positive effects, LOD values were between 3.2787~163.7958. The data showed that the regions BrID90127-BrID10421,BrID10421-BrID10709 and BrID10709-BrID101165 on 2A, BRMS034(R5)-Ra3-H10 on 5A,Ra1-F06-Ra2-D04 on 6A, BrID10839-Ra2-E12 on 8A, BrID90115-Ra2-E07 on 10A were common regions shared by multi-traits. The result of present study is useful for the accurate position of winter rapa.
