      以眉县猕猴桃园土壤为研究对象,对土壤pH值、含水率、有机碳(SOC)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的分布及其生态化学计量学特征进行研究。结果表明:研究区域猕猴桃园土壤含水率、pH值、SOC、TN和TP含量均存在显著性差异,分别处于1.12%~3.46%、7.12~8.40、4.22~13.90 g·kg-1、0.77~1.84 g·kg-1和0.73~2.45 g·kg-1之间,均值分别为2.73%、7.83、7.66 g·kg-1、1.20 g·kg-1和1.40 g·kg-1,其表现C、N元素相对匮乏,而P元素相对丰富;其次,不同区域及不同品种园区土壤中C、N和P的生态化学计量学特征均存在显著性差异,C/N、C/P和N/P的变异系数分别为28.30%、35.71%和21.15%,变化范围分别为3.06~11.99、2.68~10.90和0.48~1.41,均值分别为6.57、5.91和0.90,均低于全国平均水平;相关分析表明,在0.05水平上,pH值与C/P呈显著正相关性;在0.01水平上,pH值与TN、pH值与TP、TN与C/N、TN与C/P、TP与C/N、TP与C/P、TP与N/P呈显著的负相关性,pH值与C/N、SOC与C/N、SOC与C/P、TN与TP、C/N与C/P及C/P与N/P呈显著正相关性。

      The objective of this study was to investigate the soil ecological stoichiometric characteristics of kiwi fruit orchards of Meixian County. The soil at different territories and kiwi fruit cultivars were selected to investigate the distribution patterns of moisture content, pH, soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorous (TP), and to examine the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of C, N and P within the soil. The results showed that the moisture content, pH, SOC, TN and TP varied in different territories and different kiwi fruit cultivars, with ranges of 1.12%~3.46%, 7.12~8.40, 4.22~13.90 g·kg-1, 0.77~1.84 g·kg-1 and 0.73~2.45 g·kg-1, respectively. And the mean were 2.73%, 7.83, 7.66 g·kg-1, 1.20 g·kg-1 and 1.40 g·kg-1, respectively, indicating that the elements of N and C were relatively scarce, and P was relatively rich. The soil ecological stoichiometric characteristics were significant difference in kiwi fruit orchards of Meixian County. The coefficients of variation of C/N, C/P and N/P were 28.30%, 35.71% and 21.15%, respectively, which were in the range of 3.06~11.99, 2.68~10.90 and 0.48~1.41, respectively. The mean of variation coefficients were 6.57, 5.91 and 0.90,respectively, all being below the national average. The correlation analyses revealed that the pH had highly significant positive correlation with C/P at 0.05 level; pH and TN, pH and TP, TN and C/N, TN and C/P, TP and C/N, TP and C/P, TP and N/P were all highly significant negative correlation at 0.01 level; pH and C/N, SOC and C/N, SOC and C/P, TN and TP, C/N and C/P, C/P and N/P were all highly significant positive correlation.
