      以中棉所4l号和中棉所49号为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,研究外源水杨酸(SA)对盐胁迫下棉花幼苗激素水平和生长特性的影响。结果表明:(1) 0.6% NaCl胁迫条件下,棉花幼苗叶片中ABA含量增加,CTK、GA和IAA含量减少,在0.05 mmol·L-1SA浸种+0.2 mmol·L-1叶面喷施复合处理下,中棉所41号和中棉所49号幼苗中ABA含量分别降低了59.14%和76.71%,CTK、GA、IAA含量分别提高了55.39%、21.05%、22.39%和17.08%、12.5%、18.20%,说明SA处理可有效缓解盐胁迫的伤害;(2) ABA/IAA+GA、CTK/IAA和ABA/CTK值在0.6% NaCl胁迫处理下分别为增高、降低和增高,0.05 mmol·L-1SA浸种+0.2 mmol·L-1叶面喷施复合处理下,中棉所41号和中棉所49号幼苗中ABA/IAA+GA和ABA/CTK值分别降低了63.40%、74.03%和71.66%、79.99%,CTK/IAA值分别增加了28.41%和21.18%,说明SA可使幼苗体内激素恢复动态平衡,促进幼苗的生长发育;(3) 0.6% NaCl胁迫处理下棉花幼苗的株高、根鲜重、茎鲜重和叶鲜重都表现为降低,在不同浓度外源SA浸种和喷施处理下都有所恢复,幼苗根表现最为明显,用0.05 mmol·L-1SA浸种+0.2 mmol·L-1叶面喷施处理0.6% NaCl胁迫下,两品种棉花幼苗单株鲜重分别增加了24.20%和22.39%。SA能通过调控棉花幼苗激素含量从而提高棉花幼苗的耐盐性,其中以0.05 mmol·L-1SA浸种+0.2 mmol·L-1叶面喷施对缓解棉花幼苗盐胁迫的伤害效果明显

      Zhongmiansuo 41 and Zhongmiansuo 49 were used as the experimental materials, in pot experiment to study the effects of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) on the hormone level and growth characteristics of cotton seedlings under salt stress. The results showed: (1) Under 0.6% NaCl stress, ABA content of cotton seedling leaves increased, CTK, GA and IAA content decreased, and under the 0.05 mmol·L-1 SA soaking with 0.2 mmol·L-1 spraying treatment, ABA content of Zhongmiansuo 41 and Zhongmiansuo 49 seedlings decreased by 59.14% and 76.71% respectively, CTK, GA, IAA content increased by 55.39%, 21.05%, 22.39% and 17.08%, 12.5%, 18.20% respectively, indicating that SA treatment can effectively alleviate the salt stress injury; (2) Under 0.6% NaCl stress treatment, ABA/IAA+GA, CTK/IAA and ABA/CTK values increased, decreased and increased again, under the 0.05 mmol·L-1 SA soaking with 0.2 mmol·L-1 spraying treatment, ABA/IAA+GA and ABA/CTK values of Zhongmiansuo 41 and Zhongmiansuo 49 seedlings decreased by 63.40%, 74.03%, 71.66% and 79.99% respectively, CTK/IAA values increased by 28.41% and 21.18%, indicating that SA can make seedlings restore the dynamic balance of hormones and promote the growth of seedlings; (3) Under 0.6% NaCl stress, cotton seedling height, root fresh weight, stem fresh weight and leaf fresh weight decreased, different concentrations of exogenous SA soaking and spraying made them recovered, root performance was the most obvious, the 0.05 mmol·L-1 SA soaking with 0.2 mmol·L-1 spraying treatment under 0.6% NaCl stress, the plant fresh weight of the two varieties of cotton seedling were increased by 24.20% and 22.39%. SA can change regulation of hormone content in cotton seedlings to improve cotton seedling salt tolerance, the alleviation effect of 0.05 mmol·L-1 SA soaking and 0.2 mmol·L-1 spraying treatment on cotton seedlings under salt stress was obvious.
