      为探讨增铵营养提高新疆棉花抗逆能力的内在机制,以新陆早13号为供试棉种,通过在人工气候室内模拟低温逆境,研究不同氮素形态对低温胁迫下棉花幼苗叶绿素含量及部分光合特性的影响。结果表明:两种温度培养下,铵硝混合营养处理的棉苗叶绿素含量均高于纯铵处理,并显著高于纯硝处理(P<0.05)。低温逆境(15℃)处理,棉花叶绿素含量显著低于正常(25℃)处理(P<0.05)。15℃逆境处理导致棉花幼苗净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学量子产量(Yield)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)及非光化学猝灭系数(qN)表现出下降趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05)。25℃条件下,棉花幼苗Pn、Gs、Tr随着铵比例增加显著增大(P<0.05),在纯铵营养下达到最大。而在15℃下,棉花幼苗ETR、Yield、qP及qN随着铵浓度增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。结论:低温胁迫下,增铵营养提高了棉花幼苗叶绿素含量,促进了棉苗生长,维持代谢平衡,同时通过提高Pn、Gs、Tr等光合参数及ETR、Yield、qP、qN等叶绿素荧光参数,减轻了低温胁迫对棉花光合系统的伤害,增强棉花幼苗的抗冷性。

      The internal mechansim of enhanced effect by ammonium( NH+4 ) on cotton increasing the stress tolerance of Xinjiang’s cotton was investigated to better understand how to improve the cold resistance of cotton seedling. Effects of various form nitrogen on low temperature stress of Cotton-Xinluzao13 and its photosynthetic characteristics were explored by the method of manually simulate the environment under low temperature in the artificial climate chamber. The results indicated that the chlorophyll concentration of mixed nitrogen nutrition was higher than both NH+4/ NO-3 as 100/0 and NH+4/ NO-3 as 0/100 especially the NH+4/NO-3 as 0/100 (P<0.05) under two culturing temperature gradients. Chlorophyll concentration of cotton seedlings was lower significantly (P<0.05) under low temperature (15℃) than that under normal temperature (25℃). The Pn, Gs, Tr, ETR, Yield, qP and qN of cotton seedlings also decreased signicantly (P<0.05) under low temperature. The Pn, Gs, Tr of cotton seedlings increased significantly (P<0.05) or extreme significantly (P<0.01) with ammonium (NH+4) ratio increasement and reached the maximum in NH+4/ NO-3 as 100/0 under normal temperature. The ETR, Yield, qP and qN of cotton seedlings increased first and then decreased under low temperature. Enhancing the ammonium (NH+4) promoted the chlorophyll concentration, the photosynthetic indexes of Pn, Gs, Tr and fluorescence parameters of ETR, Yield, qP, qN of cotton seedlings, kept the balance of mtabolism and relieved the harm of low temperature stress and strengthens the cold resistance of cotton seedling.
