      通过对“雷尼”、“勃兰特”樱桃品种连续4 a(2014—2018)的田间定位试验,比较施用纯化肥(M0)、有机养分与化肥养分各50% (M50)、纯有机肥( M100)处理对樱桃叶片养分含量、产量和品质的影响。结果表明, “雷尼”M50及M100处理土壤有机质较4 a前分别提高了42.50%和33.00%;“勃兰特”M50及M100处理土壤有机质较4 a前分别提高了55.56%和45.70%,两个品种有机质的增加幅度均显著高于纯化肥(M0)处理。“雷尼”M50樱桃产量逐年稳步上升,“勃兰特”M50和M100处理平均产量与M0相比分别降低了3.20%和25.30%。与M0相比,“雷尼”叶片M50处理的氮含量和磷含量显著高于M0和M100;氮含量M50分别高于M0和M100 10.50%和18.59%;磷含量M50分别高于M0和M100 22.56%和40.56%;“雷尼”M50处理的维生素C含量为46.67 mg·kg-1,显著高于其他处理。“勃兰特”M50可溶性糖含量较M0高14.51%,维生素C含量和可溶性固形物含量分别显著提高了7.69%和9.35%,糖酸比显著提高了50.63%。综合试验结果,生产上有机肥替代部分化肥配施效果更好。

      To evaluate the effect of organic and chemical fertilizers on the leaf nutrient content, yield, and quality of cherry, a positioning field test of cherry varieties, “Leini” and “Bolante”, was conducted with 3 fertilizer treatments including chemical fertilizer (M0), 50∶50 organic∶chemical fertilizers (M50), and organic fertilizer (M100) for 4 consecutive years (2014-2018). The results showed that the treatments M50 and M100 on “Leini” increased soil organic matter by 42.50% and 33.00%, respectively. The M50 and M100 treatments on “Bolante” increased soil organic matter by 55.56% and 45.70%, respectively. They all were significantly higher than that with M0. The yield of “Leini” with M50 had steadily increased annually. The average yield of “Bolante” with M50 and M100 treatments decreased by 3.20% and 25.30%, respectively, over that with M0. The nitrogen and phosphorus contents of “Leini” leaf with M50 treatment were significantly higher than that of M0 and M100 treatments. The nitrogen content of M50 treatment was higher than that of M0 and M100 treatments by 10.50% and 18.59%, respectively. The phosphorus content of M50 treatment was higher than that of M0 and M100 treatments by 22.56% and 40.56%, respectively. “Leini” with M50 treatment had a vitamin C content of 46.67 mg·kg-1, significantly higher than other treatments. The soluble sugar of “Bolante” with M50 treatment was 14.51% higher than that with M0 treatment. The vitamin C content and soluble solid content of M50 treatment significantly increased by 7.69% and 9.35%, respectively. In summary, organic fertilizer replacing part of chemical fertilizers significantly improved the production.
