|Spatial distribution characteristics of soil organic matter in Chinese herbal medicine planting area in Longxi County

| 通过采集和分析甘肃省陇西县17个乡镇200个中药材种植区的土壤有机质含量数据,对陇西县中药材主产区的土壤有机质水平及储量空间分布格局进行研究。结果表明：县域各乡镇土壤有机质密度水平在27.03×103~65.87×103 kg·hm-2范围之间，变异系数在19.30%~51.78%之间，属中等变异强度。陇西县土壤有机质含量的分布表现出自西向东逐渐减少的变化规律，并且局部地区具有聚集效应。土壤有机质密度随土壤深度增加呈现先上升后下降的整体趋势，其中表层0~10 cm的土壤有机质密度水平最低，为10.76×103 kg·hm-2，10~30 cm土层最高，为18.93×103 kg·hm-2。土壤有机质空间分布受到纬度、坡度、海拔、坡向的影响，纬度、海拔的影响程度最大。土壤有机质密度与降雨量、蒸发量、气温、相对湿度4个气象因子之间存在显著相关性，其中与降雨量、相对湿度之间呈显著、极显著负相关，与气温和蒸发量之间呈显著、极显著正相关。
| The spatial distribution pattern of soil organic matter level and storage in the main producing areas of traditional Chinese medicine in Longxi County was studied by collecting and analysing the datas of soil organic matter storage in 200 herbal medicine planting fields in 17 townships of Longxi County to provide scientific basis for soil management, soil testing, fertilization and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in the planting areas. The results showed that the soil organic matter density in Longxi County ranged from 27.03×103~65.87×103 kg·hm-2, and the coefficient of variation was 19.30%~51.78%, which belonged to moderate variation intensity. The different contents of soil organic matter in different villages and towns in Longxi County were due to the differences in topographic conditions. With increasing soil depth, the content of organic matter first increased then decreased. The soil organic matter density in the surface layer of 0~10 cm was the lowest (10.76×103 kg·hm-2), and the soil organic matter density in 10~30 cm was the highest (18.93×103 kg·hm-2). The soil organic matter density in the traditional Chinese medicine growing area of Longxi County was of moderate variation intensity, and its spatial distribution was affected by latitude, slope, elevation, and slope direction, especially, latitude and elevation had the greatest influence on organic matter. There was a significant correlation between soil organic matter density and precipitation, evaporation, temperature, and relative humidity, and the relationship with relative humidity and evaporation reached an extremely significant level, showing a significant negative correlation with rainfall and relative humidity, and a significant positive correlation with temperature and evaporation.
