      为探究蚯蚓粪与化肥配施对陕西关中地区红小豆产量及品质的影响,以红小豆新品种保红947为研究对象,设置T1(纯化肥)、T2(20%蚯蚓粪+80%化肥)、T3(50%蚯蚓粪+50%化肥)、T4(80%蚯蚓粪+20%化肥)和CK(不施肥)5个处理,研究了不同处理下红小豆成熟期农艺性状、产量性状及品质性状的差异。结果表明:蚯蚓粪与化肥配施可显著提高红小豆株高、叶面积等农艺性状,以T2处理效果最佳,其株高和叶面积较CK分别提高了42.52%和20.54%,均优于纯化肥处理;各蚯蚓粪处理中,红小豆可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白总量均有所提升,其中T2处理的可溶性蛋白含量较CK和T1处理分别提高了71.87%和19.34%,T4处理的可溶性糖较CK和T1分别提高了47.93%和37.20%。蚯蚓粪处理对功效成分也有不同程度的提高,其中T2处理的总三萜和γ-氨基丁酸含量分别较CK提高了50.00%和96.44%,均高于纯化肥处理。T2处理在提高红小豆清除DPPH自由基和羟自由基能力及总抗氧化能力上表现最佳,总抗氧化能力较CK和T1处理分别提高了151.78%和135.76%。红小豆中总三萜含量、γ-氨基丁酸含量与DPPH自由基清除率、总抗氧化能力均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);蚯蚓粪与化肥配施可在一定程度上提升红小豆氨基酸含量,其中T2处理的氨基酸含量较CK和T1处理分别提高了43.64%和7.30%。研究表明20%的蚯蚓粪与80%化肥配施对红小豆具有较好的增产和提质作用。

      A new adzuki bean variety Baohong 947 was taken as the research object to explore the effect of vermicompost and chemical fertilizer on the production and quality of adzadzia bean in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province. The experiment included five treatments of T1 (pure fertilizer), T2 (20% vermicompost +80% fertilizer), T3 (50% vermicompost +50% fertilizer), T4 (80% vermicompost +20% fertilizer) and CK (no fertilizer). The differences of agronomic characters, yield characters and quality characters of adzuki bean at maturity under different treatments were studied. The results showed that vermicompost combined with chemical fertilizer significantly improved the agronomic traits such as plant height and leaf area. T2 treatment had the best effect. Compared with CK, plant height and leaf area were increased by 42.52% and 20.54%, respectively, which were better than that of pure chemical fertilizer treatment. Compared with CK and T1, the soluble protein content in T2 treatment was increased by 71.87% and 19.34%, respectively. Compared with CK and T1 treatment, the soluble sugar content in T4 treatment was increased by 47.93% and 37.20%, respectively. In addition, vermicompost treatment also increased the effective components to varying degrees. The total triterpenoids and γ -aminobutyric acid contents of T2 treatment were increased by 50.00% and 96.44%, respectively, when compared with CK, which were higher than those of pure chemical fertilizer treatment. T2 treatment showed the best performance in improving DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability and total antioxidant capacity of adzuki bean, which was increased by 151.78% and 135.76% compared with CK and T1 treatment, respectively. The total triterpenoid content and γ -aminobutyric acid content in adzuki bean were significantly positively correlated with DPPH radical scavenging rate and total antioxidant capacity (P<0.01). Vermicompost combined with chemical fertilizer improved the amino acid content of adzuki bean to a certain extent, and the amino acid content of T2 treatment increased by 43.64% and 7.30% compared with CK and T1, respectively. The results showed that 20% vermicompost combined with 80% chemical fertilizer resulted in a better yield and quality of adzuki bean.
