      通过比较2个雪茄品种‘海研103’和‘青雪204’发酵后烟叶的代谢产物,探究不同品种烟叶间代谢组的差异。采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用技术(UHPLC-QTOF-MS),对2个雪茄品种烟叶化学成分进行了非靶向代谢组学分析。结果表明:‘海研103’和‘青雪204’的代谢物相对含量存在明显差异。2个雪茄品种烟叶共筛选鉴定出179个差异代谢物,‘海研103’较‘青雪204’有114个代谢物显著上调,有65个显著下调。对前40个主要差异代谢物用PLS-DA法进行分析,鉴定为有机酸10种、氨基酸7种、酚酸类4种、核苷酸及类似物4种、碳水化合物3种、黄酮类3种、木脂素和香豆素3种,其他6种。结合KEGG通路分析,发现12条2个品种显著富集的代谢通路。

      By comparing the metabolites between two varieties of fermented cigar leaves ‘Haiyan 103’ and ‘Qingxue 204’, the metabolome differences between two varieties of cigar leaves were explored. In the study, non\|targeted metabolomic analysis of the chemical components of two fermented cigar leaves were analyzed by Ultra High\|Performance Liquid Chromatography\|Quadrupole\|Time of Flight Mass Spectrometric (UHPLC-QTOF-MS). The results indicated that, the metabolomes relative content of ‘Haiyan 103’ and ‘Qingxue 204’ were significantly different. A total of 179 differential metabolites were identified in two varieties of fermented cigar leaves, of which 114 metabolites were significantly up\|regulated in ‘Haiyan 103’ compared to ‘Qingxue 204’, while 65 were significantly down\|regulated. Forty major differential metabolites were qualitatively and quantitatively identified, including 10 organic acids, 7 amino acids, 4 phenolic acids, 4 nucleotides and analogues, 3 carbohydrates, 3 flavonoids, 3 lignans and coumarins, and 6 others. Based on KEGG pathway analysis, 12 significantly enriched pathways were identified.
