以‘中棉113’为试验品种,施用海藻糖、褪黑素和抗坏血酸对棉花进行浸种预处理,在棉花出苗期间遭受低温冷害后,比较3种外源物处理的棉花成苗情况、主要农艺性状、生物量积累、产量及其构成因素及纤维品质性状间的差异。结果表明:与CK处理相比,外源物处理的棉花成苗率显著提高1.3%~6.1%;株高、茎粗和果枝台数分别显著提高8.1%~9.2%、10.1%~14.6%和13.7%~22.2%;生物量显著增加1.6%~20.9%,生物量在库(蕾、花、铃)的分配比例提高3.3%~16.4%;籽棉产量显著提高11.7%~18.4%;棉花纤维品质表现较好,棉花纤维上半部平均长度和断裂比强度均达到29 mm以上和29 cN·tex-1以上,马克隆值为B级。综上所述,外源物浸种处理可以显著提高受灾棉花的成苗率,促进棉花植株的生长发育和生物量的积累与分配,提高产量,其中,100 μmol·L-1褪黑素浸种的效果优于其余2种外源物浸种。 |

In this experiment, ‘Zhongmian 113’ was used as the test variety. After the cotton was soaked with trehalose, melatonin and ascorbic acid, the differences of seedling formation, main agronomic traits, biomass accumulation, yield, constituent factors and main fiber quality traits of cotton treated with the three exogenous substances were compared. The results showed that compared with CK treatment, the seedling formation rate of cotton treated with exogenous substances was significantly increased by 1.3%~6.1%. Plant height, stem diameter and branch number were significantly increased by 8.1%~9.2%, 10.1%~14.6% and 13.7%~22.2%. The biomass increased by 1.6%~20.9%, and the distribution ratio of biomass in the reservoir increased by 3.3%~16.4%. The yield of seed cotton was significantly increased by 11.7%~18.4%. The average length and breaking strength of the upper half of the cotton fiber were above 29 mm and above 29 cN·tex-1, and the Micronaire was grade B. In summary, seed soaking treatments with exogenous substances significantly improved the seedling formation rate, promoted the growth and development of cotton plants, enhanced biomass accumulation and distribution, and increased yield, with the 100 μmol·L-1 melatonin treatment having the most pronounced effect. |
