      采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫处理,NaCl模拟盐胁迫处理,混合碱性盐(NaHCO3∶Na2CO3物质的量比为9∶1)模拟碱胁迫处理,每种胁迫设4个胁迫浓度,以蒸馏水为对照,通过测定各参试燕麦品种萌发期根长、芽长、总长、发芽率、发芽势、鲜质量、干质量、发芽指数、活力指数和根冠比共10个指标,结合主成分、热图及聚类分析等方法,对15个燕麦品种萌发期抗逆性进行了综合评价。结果表明,‘张莜9号’、‘白燕20号’和‘魏都莜5号’抗旱能力较强,而‘固燕1号’和‘固燕3号’属于干旱敏感品种;‘晋燕17号’、‘迪燕1号’、‘魏都莜5号’和‘银燕1号’耐盐性较强,‘固燕3号’耐盐能力较差;‘固燕2号’耐碱能力较强,‘固燕1号’为碱敏感品种。燕麦萌发期根长和总长适合抗旱性的鉴定;发芽指数和发芽势适合耐盐性的鉴定;发芽指数、发芽率和发芽势适合耐碱性的鉴定。

      This study comprehensively evaluated the drought and saline\|alkali tolerance of 15 oat varieties during the germination stage. Ten indicators were measured, including root length, bud length, total length, germination rate, germination potential, fresh mass, dry mass, germination index, vigor index, and root\|shoot ratio. Methods such as principal component analysis, heatmap, and cluster analysis were utilized. The experiment used PEG-6000 to simulate drought stress, NaCl for salt stress, a mixture of alkalis (with a ratio of NaHCO3 to Na2CO3 of 9∶1) for alkaline stress, with distilled water as the control. The results showed that ‘Zhangyou NO.9’, ‘Baiyan NO.20’, and ‘Weidouyou NO.5’ exhibited strong drought resistance, while ‘Guyan NO.1’ and ‘Guyan NO.3’ were sensitive to drought. ‘Jinyan NO.17’, ‘Diyan NO.1’, ‘Weidouyou NO.5’, and ‘Yinyan NO.1’ demonstrated strong salt tolerance, whereas ‘Guyan NO.3’ displayed poor salt tolerance. ‘Guyan NO.2’ showed strong alkali tolerance, while ‘Guyan NO.1’ was sensitive to alkali. The root length and total length during the germination stage of oats were effective indicators for assessing drought resistance. The germination index and germination potential were suitable for evaluating salt tolerance, while the germination index, germination rate, and germination potential were appropriate for assessing alkali tolerance.
