| 针对灌区甜瓜生产中氮、锌肥料配施量不明确的问题,采用裂区设计,设4个纯氮水平(0、120、240、360 kg·hm-2)和4个硫酸锌水平(0、25、50、75 kg·hm-2),共16个处理(N0Zn0、N0Zn25、N0Zn50、N0Zn75、N120Zn0、N120Zn25、N120Zn50、N120Zn75、N240Zn0、N240Zn25、N240Zn50、N240Zn75、N360Zn0、N360Zn25、N360Zn50及N360Zn75),研究氮锌配施对灌区嫁接甜瓜氮、锌吸收和转运及产量、品质的影响。结果表明,生育期内植株器官氮、锌含量随氮、锌肥施用量的增加先增后降,成熟期N240Zn25处理甜瓜果肉和籽粒氮、锌含量综合最高,氮含量分别较其余处理提高7.29%~47.14%和5.79%~37.70%,锌含量分别较其余处理提高9.28%~104.81%和2.66%~15.01%。氮、锌转运效率及其转运量对籽粒氮、锌累积贡献率高的处理,其氮、锌花后吸收量及氮、锌花后吸收量贡献率低。甜瓜产量、可溶性固形物含量和维生素C含量均随氮、锌肥施用量的增加呈先增后降趋势,其中N240Zn25处理表现较优,其产量(33 896.94 kg·hm-2)较其余处理提高12.04%~51.40%,可溶性固形物含量和维生素C含量分别较其余处理提高9.58%~35.85%和10.91%~31.64%。综上,灌区甜瓜生产中施氮肥240 kg·hm-2配合施用硫酸锌25 kg·hm-2,可促进植株生育期氮、锌吸收和转运,提升甜瓜产量和锌营养品质。 |

| To address the issue of unclear application rates of nitrogen and zinc fertilizers in melon production within the irrigation area, a split\|plot design was employed. Four levels of pure nitrogen (0, 120, 240, 360 kg·hm-2) and four levels of zinc sulfate (0, 25, 50, 75 kg·hm-2) were set, resulting in a total of 16 treatments (N0Zn0, N0Zn25, N0Zn50, N0Zn75, N120Zn0, N120Zn25, N120Zn50, N120Zn75, N240Zn0, N240Zn25, N240Zn50, N240Zn75, N360Zn0, N360Zn25, N360Zn50, and N360Zn75). This study aimed to investigate the effects of combined nitrogen and zinc application on the absorption and transport of these nutrients, as well as on the yield and quality of grafted melons in the irrigation area. The results showed that during the growth period, the contents of nitrogen and zinc in the plant organs increased first and then decreased with the increase of the application amounts of N and Zn. During the maturity period, the comprehensive contents of nitrogen and zinc in the fruit and seed of melons treated with N240Zn25 were the best, and the nitrogen contents increased by 7.29% to 47.14% and 5.79% to 37.70% compared with the other treatments, respectively. The zinc contents increased by 9.28% to 104.81% and 2.66% to 15.01% compared with the other treatments, respectively. The treatment with high cumulative contribution rates of nitrogen and zinc to grains in terms of the transport efficiency and transport volume of nitrogen and zinc had low contribution rates to the post\|flowering absorption of nitrogen and zinc and the post\|flowering absorption of nitrogen and zinc. The yield of melons, the content of soluble solids, and the content of vitamin C all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the application amounts of nitrogen and zinc. Among them, the N240Zn25 treatment performed better, and its yield (33 896.94 kg·hm-2) was 12.04% to 51.40% higher than that of the other treatments. The contents of soluble solids and vitamin C increased by 9.58% to 35.85% and 10.91% to 31.64% compared with the other treatments, respectively. In conclusion, applying 240 kg·hm-2 of nitrogen fertilizer and 25 kg·hm-2 of zinc sulfate in melon cultivation within the irrigation area can enhance the absorption and transport of nitrogen and zinc during the plant growth period, leading to increased melon yield and improved zinc nutritional quality. |
