| 为提高隧道涌水滴灌滴头的使用寿命,采用两种冲洗方式(滴头冲洗E,毛管冲洗L),分别研究3种冲洗压力(0.05、0.10、0.15 MPa)下,3种额定流量(2、4、8 L·h-1)滴头的相对流量随灌水次数变化趋势、滴头堵塞状况及流量恢复能力。结果表明:冲洗措施可以显著提高隧道涌水滴灌滴头的抗堵塞能力,冲洗处理下滴头有效灌水次数(相对流量≥75%)较不冲洗处理提高57.27%;毛管冲洗方式总体优于滴头冲洗方式,冲洗对滴头流量恢复能力均随滴头额定流量增大而显著提升,2、4、8 L·h-1的滴头有效灌水次数在冲洗处理后分别提高24.39%、33.85%、146.47%,推荐的冲洗压力为0.1 MPa。研究结果可为实际生产采取适宜的抗堵塞措施提供参考。 |

| To extend the service life of drip emitters used in tunnel water drainage, this study investigated the effects of two flushing methods-emitter flushing (E) and lateral flushing (L)-on relative flow rate trends, emitter clogging conditions, and flow recovery performance under three flushing pressures (0.05, 0.10, and 0.15 MPa) and three rated flow rates (2, 4, and 8 L·h-1). The results indicated that flushing measures significantly enhanced the clogging resistance of tunnel water drainage emitters. The effective watering frequency (relative flow rate ≥ 75%) of flushed emitters under flushing treatment increased by 57.27% compared to the unflushed control group. Overall, lateral flushing outperformed emitter flushing. The flow recovery capabilities of emitters improved significantly with increasing rated flow rates. After flushing, the effective irrigation frequencies of emitters with flow rates of 2, 4 L·h-1, and 8 L·h-1 increased by 24.39%, 33.85%, and 146.47%, respectively, with an optimal flushing pressure of 0.10 MPa. These findings offer a practical reference for selecting appropriate anti\|clogging measures in real\|world applications. |
