| 为探究外源γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对地被植物诸葛菜(Orychophragmus violaceus (L.) O. E. Schulz)的盐害缓解作用,通过盆栽模拟自然生长环境,对诸葛菜幼苗施加50 mmol·L-1的NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,并在其基础上施加不同浓度梯度(0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6 mmol·L-1)的GABA处理液,在试验5、10 d和15 d分别测定各处理组诸葛菜的形态指标(根长、株高、叶宽、茎粗)和生理指标(叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性);同时,采用石蜡切片技术观察诸葛菜幼苗的细胞组织结构,探究外源施加GABA对盐胁迫下诸葛菜幼苗生长和生理的影响。结果表明:随着外源GABA浓度的增加,不同处理天数下,幼苗生长指标均呈先增加后降低的趋势,其中0.4 mmol·L-1 GABA处理下诸葛菜的株高、叶宽及茎粗净生长量最高,增幅分别为73.63%、66.55%、6.83%,MDA含量最低,为2.66 nmol·g-1;0.4 mmol·L-1 GABA处理下诸葛菜的可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性、SOD活性、叶绿素含量均为最高,分别为17.34 mg·g-1、103.03 U·g-1·min-1、338.75 nmol·g-1、54.3(SPAD值)。 |

| A pot experiment, which simulated the natural growth environment, was conducted to investigate whether exogenous γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) could alleviate salt damage to ground cover plant Orychophragmus violaceus. Under the stress of 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl solution, different concentration gradients of γ-aminobutyric acid treatment solution (0.2, 0.4, 0.8, and 1.6 mmol·L-1) were applied to the seedlings of O. violaceus. Morphological indexes (root length, plant height, leaf width, and stem diameter) and physiological indexes (contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein, and MDA, and activities of SOD and POD) were measured on the 5th, 10th, and 15th days of the experiment. Meanwhile, the cell structure of O. violaceus seedlings was observed by paraffin section technique, and the effect of exogenous application of GABA on the growth and physiology of O. violaceus seedlings under salt stress was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of exogenous GABA concentration, under different treatment days, the growth indictors of the seadlings showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The net growth production of the plant height, leaf width, and stem diameter of O. violaceus were the highest under 0.4 mmol·L-1 GABA treatment, with an increase of 73.63%, 66.55%, and 6.83%, respectively, and the MDA content was the lowest at 2.66 nmol·g-1. The 0.4 mmol·L-1 GABA treatment made the soluble protein content, POD activity, SOD activity, and chlorophyll content of O. violaceus the highest, which were 17.34 mg·g-1, 103.03 U·g-1·min-1, 338.75 nmol·g-1, and 54.3 (SPAD value), respectively. |
