| 酸枣具有优良的抗旱性,MYB转录因子在植物应对干旱胁迫时发挥重要作用。为探究酸枣中MYB转录因子的抗旱机理,通过生物信息学方法对酸枣MYB基因家族进行鉴定分析,结合干旱胁迫下的转录组数据,以期筛选响应干旱胁迫的关键基因,为抗旱优质酸枣品种的培育提供基础。结果表明:在酸枣全基因组鉴定获得62个MYB基因家族成员,分布在12条染色体上,均包含保守Motif2结构域,主要位于细胞质、细胞核及叶绿体中;酸枣、冬枣、骏枣的MYB成员可分为7个亚组;在酸枣全基因组内共鉴定出4 361对共线性基因对,其中MYB家族成员中有4对共线性基因对;酸枣与骏枣和冬枣的MYB基因家族分别存在6对和10对共线性基因;在酸枣MYB基因家族的启动子区域鉴定出光响应、环境胁迫、激素响应等相关的41类顺式作用元件,包括响应干旱胁迫的脱落酸响应元件ABRE和MYB结合位点元件MBS;在干旱胁迫的表达模式下,MYB成员ZjsMYB14、ZjsMYB21、ZjsMYB26、ZjsMYB43、ZjsMYB51、ZjsMYB53在枣不同发育时期均显著表达,可能为关键抗旱基因。 |

| Ziziphus jujuba has excellent drought resistance, and MYB transcription factors play an important role in plant response to drought stress. In order to investigate the drought\|resistant mechanism of MYB transcription factors in Z.jujuba var. spinosa, the MYB gene family of Z.jujuba var. spinose was identified and analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Combined with the transcriptome data under drought stress, the key genes in response to drought stress were screened to provide a basis for the cultivation of drought\|resistant and high\|quality Z.jujube varieties. The results showed that 62 MYB gene family members were identified in the whole genome of Z.jujuba var. spinosa, distributed on 12 chromosomes, and all of them contained the conserved Motif2 structural domain, which was mainly located in the cytoplasm, nucleus, and chloroplasts. The MYB members of Z.jujuba var. spinosa, Z.jujuba cv. ‘Dongzao’, and Z.jujuba cv. ‘Junzao’ were classified into seven subgroups. A total of 4 361 pairs of syntenic gene pairs were identified in the whole genome of Z.jujuba var. spinosa, among which 4 pairs of syntenic gene pairs were found in MYB family members.There were 6 and 10 pairs of collinearity genes in the MYB gene family of Z.jujuba var. spinosa, Z.jujuba cv. ‘Junzao’, and Z.jujuba cv. ‘Dongzao’, respectively. In the promoter region of the MYB gene family of Z.jujuba var. spinosa, 41 types of cis\|acting elements related to light response, environmental stress, hormone response, etc. were identified, including abscisic acid\|responsive element ABRE in response to drought stress and MYB\|binding site element MBS. In the expression pattern of drought stress, the MYB members ZjsMYB14, ZjsMYB21, ZjsMYB26, ZjsMYB43, ZjsMYB51, and ZjsMYB53 were significantly expressed in different developmental periods of jujube, which might be the key drought\|resistant genes. |
