      为筛选兼具萌发期与苗期耐旱性的优异玉米自交系,构建“萌发期-苗期”双阶段抗旱鉴定技术体系,以47份早熟玉米自交系为对象,研究不同自交系在干旱胁迫下萌发期和苗期的抗旱性。结果表明,-0.30 MPa可作为玉米自交系萌发期抗旱性鉴定的最适PEG-6000胁迫渗透压浓度,通过在该渗透压胁迫下测定种子萌发耐旱指数,筛选出萌发期抗旱性级别强及以上的自交系23份。在苗期测定反复干旱存活率,筛选出苗期抗旱性级别强及以上的自交系29份。综合评价表明,萌发期和苗期抗旱性均表现为强及以上的自交系共20份,其中表现为极强抗旱等级的自交系有4份:206-305、NY624、207Y-4、H19-9;表现为抗旱性弱及以下的自交系有6份,其中表现为极弱抗旱等级的有1份:H05-100。

      In order to to investigate the drought resistance of different early\|maturing maize inbred lines at both germination and seedling stages, and to establish a ‘germination\|seedling’ two\|stage drought resistance evaluation technology system, 47 early\|maturing maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials, to identify excellent inbred lines with drought resistance at both germination and seedling stages. The results showed that, -0.30 MPa (PEG-6000) treatment was identified as the optimal osmotic pressure concentration for evaluating drought resistance in maize inbred lines at the germination stage. By measuring the seed germination drought tolerance index under this osmotic stress, 23 inbred lines with resistant and highly resistant levels were selected. The survival rate after recurrent drought survival rate was measured at the seedling stage, leading to the selection of 29 inbred lines with resistant and highly drought resistant. Based on the comprehensive evaluation, 20 inbred lines demonstrated resistant and highly resistant at both germination and seedling stages, including four lines with highly drought resistant: 206-305, NY624, 207Y-4, and H19-9. Drought resistance levels of six inbred lines showed susceptible and highly susceptible, among which, one line of H05-100 was classified as highly susceptible.
