| 为探索叶面喷施大丽花轮枝孢Asp-f2类蛋白(‘维大力’)对肉桂酸(CA)自毒作用下蚕豆幼苗伤害的缓解效果及适宜喷施浓度,以盆栽‘青蚕13号’幼苗为材料,利用0.9 mmol·L-1 CA模拟连作障碍中的自毒作用,叶面喷施不同浓度的(1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 mg·L-1)‘维大力’,考察蚕豆幼苗生长及生理响应。结果表明:CA胁迫显著抑制了蚕豆幼苗生长,叶面喷施2.5 mg·L-1‘维大力’可有效缓解其毒害效应。与CA处理相比,叶面喷施2.5 mg·L-1‘维大力’显著增加了蚕豆幼苗株高、叶面积、地上部干质量和地下部干质量,增幅分别为104.88%、58.39%、115.71%和103.85%;光合特性方面,该处理下叶片总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度分别增加73.88%、136.82%、59.03%、596.25%和132.68%;生理指标层面,2.5mg·L-1‘维大力’处理显著降低了胞间CO2浓度、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢含量,分别较CA降低31.04%、40.68%、35.43%,而脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性分别增加73.18%、27.08%、33.54%、16.99%、145.58%、102.82%、96.20%。综上,叶面喷施适宜浓度‘维大力’可提高肉桂酸胁迫下蚕豆幼苗光合速率、渗透调节和抗氧化能力,有效缓解连作障碍,在浓度为2.5 mg·L-1时效果最佳。 |

| To explore the alleviation effects and appropriate application concentration of foliar application of Verticillium dahliae Asp-f2 like protein (VDAL) on the damage to fava bean seedlings under autotoxicity stress induced by cinnamic acid (CA), the potted seedlings of ‘Qingcan 13’ were used as the experimental material, and different concentrations of VDAL (1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mg·L-1, and 3.0 mg·L-1) were set for foliar application by using 0.9 mmol·L-1 CA to simulate the autotoxicity in continuous cropping obstacles. The growth and physiological responses of the fava bean seedlings were investigated. The results indicated that CA stress significantly inhibited the growth of faba bean seedlings, and foliar spraying of 2.5 mg·L-1 DAL could effectively alleviate its toxic effects. Compared with the CA treatment, 2.5 mg·L-1 VDAL significantly increased the plant height, leaf area, shoot dry biaomass and root dry biaomass of faba bean seedlings by 104.88%, 58.39%, 115.71% and 103.85%, respectively. In terms of photosynthetic characteristics, the contents of leaf total chlorophyll and carotenoids, as well as net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance under 2.5 mg·L-1 VDAL treatment were increased by 73.88%, 136.82%, 59.03%, 596.25% and 132.68%, respectively. At the physiological index level, 2.5 mg·L-1 VDAL significantly decreased the intercellular CO2 concentration, malondialdehyde content, and hydrogen peroxide content by 31.04%, 40.68% and 35.43%, respectively, while it increased the contents of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein, as well as the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase by 73.18%, 27.08%, 33.54%, 16.99%, 145.58%, 102.82% and 96.20%, respectively. In conclusion, foliar spraying with appropriate concentration of VDAL could improve the photosynthetic rate, osmotic regulation ability and antioxidant capacity of faba bean seedlings under cinnamic acid stress, effectively alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle, with the optimal effect observed at a concentration of 2.5 mg·L-1. |
