| 针对半夏收获过程中存在的分离效果不佳、含杂率高等问题,设计一种滚筒式分离装置,并通过离散元仿真与优化试验对其关键参数进行研究。基于动力学分析,确定了滚筒转速、滚筒倾角和机具前进速度对分离效果的影响机制。建立滚筒分离装置的仿真模型,通过EDEM软件进行正交试验,以含杂率和分离率为评价指标,分析各参数的交互作用。采用响应曲面多目标优化法得到最佳参数组合为:机具前进速度0.045 m·s-1、滚筒倾角6.5°、滚筒转速37 r·min-1。田间验证试验结果表明:优化后的装置含杂率为21.14%、分离率为26.17%,与仿真结果基本一致,验证了优化设计的可靠性。 |

| In this study, a drum\|type separation device was designed to solve the problems of poor separation effect and high impurity rate in the harvest process of Pinellia ternata. The key parameters were studied by discrete element simulation and optimization test. Based on the dynamic analysis, the influence mechanism of the drum speed, inclination angle, and the forward speed of the machine on the separation effect was determined, and the simulation model of the drum separation device was established. The orthogonal test was carried out by EDEM software, and the interaction of each parameter was analyzed with the separation rate and impurity content as the evaluation indexes. The response surface multi\|objective optimization method was used to obtain the best parameter combination: the forward speed of the machine was 0.045 m·s-1, the inclination angle of the drum was 6.5°, and the rotation speed of the drum was 37 r·min-1. The field verification test results showed that the optimized device has an impurity rate of 21.14% and a separation rate of 26.17%, which is basically consistent with the simulation results and verifies the reliability of the design. |
