      为揭示水肥耦合对文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium)幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,以1年生文冠果幼苗为试验材料,采用双因素正交试验,设置3个水分梯度(分别为田间持水量的25%~35%、50%~60%、75%~85%,即低水、中水、高水)和4个施肥水平(N-P2O5-K2O分别为0-0-0 g、2-1-1.5 g、4-2-3 g和6-3-4.5 g,即无肥、低肥、中肥、高肥)共12个处理,测定幼苗生长指标(株高、地径、生物量)及生理参数(光合特性、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量),并进行综合评价。结果表明:中水中肥处理鲜生物量(23.02 g)和Dickson质量指数(49.65)均最大。高水高肥处理的苗木株高(95.11 cm)和冠幅生长量(43.31 cm)最高,但Dickson质量指数(DQI)最小,为17.23。8月T7处理的净光合速率(15.13 μmol·m-2·s-1)、气孔导度(0.33 mmol·m-2·s-1)、叶绿素a含量(2.99 mg·g-1)、脯氨酸含量(44.87 ug·g-1)和可溶性糖含量(18.85 mg·g-1)最高,而胞间CO2浓度最低,为227 μmol·mol-1,但各处理间水分利用效率(WUE)无显著性差异。综合评价结果表明,T7(中水中肥)和T6(中水低肥)处理为最优水肥耦合模式。

      To reveal the effects of water\|fertilizer coupling on the growth and physiological characteristics of Xanthoceras sorbifolium seedlings, one\|year\|old X. sorbifolium seedlings were used as experimental material. A two\|factor orthogonal experiment was conducted with 12 treatments, comprising three water gradients (25%-35%, 50%-60%, and 75%-85% of field capacity, defined as low, medium, and high water treatments, respectively) and four fertilizer levels (N-P2O5-K2O application rates of 0-0-0 g, 2-1-1.5 g, 4-2-3 g, and 6-3-4.5 g). The growth indicators (plant height, ground diameter, and biomass) and physiological parameters (photosynthetic characteristics, photosynthetic pigment content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and osmotic regulatory substances) of seedlings were determined, and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted. The results showed that the fresh biomass (23.02 g) and Dickson Quality Index (DQI, 49.65) were both the highest under the medium water and high fertilizer treatment (T7). The seedling height (95.11 cm) and crown width increment (43.31 cm) were the highest under the high water and high fertilizer treatment (T12), but the DQI was the lowest (17.23). In August, the net photosynthetic rate (15.13 μmol·m-2·s-1), stomatal conductance (0.33 mmol·m-2·s-1), chlorophyll a content (2.99 mg·g-1), proline (44.87 μg·g-1), and soluble sugar (18.85 mg·g-1) were the highest under the T7 treatment, while the intercellular CO2 concentration was the lowest (227 μmol·mol-1), but there was no significant differences in water use efficiency (WUE) between treatments. The comprehensive evaluation results indicate that T7 (medium water\|fertilizer) and T6 (medium water low fertilizer) treatments are the optimal water\|fertilizer coupling modes.
