      对1961~2007年关中平原30个县(市)气温和降水资料的变化特征进行了统计分析。结果表明:关中平原近47 a来年平均温度在波动中呈上升趋势,其中冬、春季的气温升高对年平均气温的升高贡献较大。近47 a来年降水量的年际波动较大,总体呈弱的减少趋势。20世纪80年代年降水量的增加主要是夏季降水的增加所致,而90年代年降水量的减少四季均有贡献,其中以秋季的贡献最大。在显著变暖的20世纪90年代以后,农业气候热量资源更丰富,但春旱频次增加,春季作物遭受冻害的风险加大,严重的干湿事件也有加重的趋势。
英文摘要:
      Based on the meteorological data of 30 counties in Guanzhong plain from 1961 to 2007, the change characteristics of the mean temperature and precipitation is statistically analyzed.The main conclusion are summarized as follows: The mean annual temperature in Guanzhong plain has been increasing in recent 47 years because of the increase of mean temperature in spring and winter, while the annual precipitation is in a decreased trend.Increase of the annual rainfall in the 1980s is mainly attributable to the increase in summer, and decrease in the 1990s is mainly attributable to the decrease in fall.In significant warming since the 1990s, thermal resources get richer and increase in drought events in spring.
