Abstract:
      The hour-to-hour change of transpiration rate, net photosynthesis rate, stoma resistance of Lycium barbarum L. and sprin g wheat were measured with CIRAS-1 photosynthesis measure system, meanwhile, il lumination,effective radiation of photosynthesis, leaf and air temperature, humidity and breeze in the field were also tested. The study was conducted to d iscover the differences of leaf net photosy nthesis rate, transpiration rate, conductivity of stoma, solar radiation, leaf a nd air temperature,humidity, concentration of CO2 and wind speed between Ly cium barbarum L. and spring wheat. The results showed that the leaf NPR of Lycium barbarum L. was higher than that of spring wheat, but was dropped at no on. Its leaf transpiration rate was a bit higher than spring wheat in whole day, and kept in a relatively high and steady level at noon. Its stoma conductivity was lower than spring wheat. Rediation and air temperature were the main factors that affected the drop of NPR at noon. The relative humidity in the lower canop y was higher than the upper canopy; however, the law of wind speed was on the co ntrary. There was no remarkable valley of CO2 absorption in the field of Ly cium barbarum L.
