Abstract:
:The photoinhibition of Cynanchum komaravii was studied in different weather conditions by determining the change of chlorophryll fluorescence parameters and three weather factors (air humidity, air temperature and solar radiation) in whole day. The results indicated that the effects of air humidity and temperature were significant on photoinhibition. When the air humidity was low and the change of air temperature was great, air humidity and temperature became the main factors of causing photoinhibition. Meanwhile, the sun radiation was the main factor of causing photoinhibition. The yield decreased markedly when the weather was last shining, but it changed slightly in sunny day after rain. This showed the rising of air humidity was favor of accelerating the speed of electron transfer of PS I , because this can provide more ATP and NADPH for photosynthesis carbon assimilation.
