| Abstract: |
| Using CIRAS-photosynthesis measure system made in PPS International Ltd. of England, it was measured the houf-to-hour change of transpiration rate, net photosynthesis rate * stoma resistance for Lycium barbarum L. Meanwhile illumination, effective radiation of photosynthesis, leaf and air temperature , humidity, breeze in the field were determined. The relationship between leaf net photosynthesis of Lycium barbarum L. and environmental factors were studied. The results showed that besides that transpiration rate and stoma conductivity affected net photosynthesis rate, environmental factors, such as radiation temperature had great impacts on net photosynthesis rate. Some environmental factors could be used to predict physiological factor change. |
