| Abstract: |
| Mycorrhizacan not only enhance nutrition absorption and growth of plants and improve resistance of plants to diseases and stress of environment, but also play a direct role in forming a fine structure of soil and controlling erosion of soil and water. In many regions of northwestern China, the relationship between plants and mycorrhizal fungi has been destroyed. To restore the vegetation in these regions, what should be done fundamentally is rebuilding the symbiotic relationship between plants and mycorrhizal fungi and forming healthy ecosystem. Moreover, the paper discusses the technological strategies of applying mycorrhiza in restoration of vegetation. |
