Abstract:
Using the method of multi-variate statistical analysis, the effects of the main traits of alfalfa cultivars to crude protein are studied. The results show that growing speed, whose coefficient of determination is the highcst, is a main factor affect to crude protein. Crude fiber has an obvious negative effect on crude protein. Effective measures should be taken to adjust the relationship among these traits so as to get high yield and high quality.
