Abstract:
Field experiment was carried out on Lou soil area in Central Shaanxi province using capsicum, kale, cabbage and celery as indicating crops to study the response of different vegetable to K fertilizer. The results showed that K fertilizer cowd decrease the nitrate-N content of different vegetable by (11.8%) to 116.0%, and increase the vitamin C content by 0.4 mg/kg to 147.4 mg/kg, and increase yield of different vegetable by 9.3% to 33.8%. It also could promote both the vegetative growth and reproductive growth obviously and decrease the cumulative amount of nitrate-N in 400 cm soil profile of different vegetable by 22.7 kg/hm2 to 48 kg/hm2, which was especially remarkable in 80220 cm soil profile.
