| Abstract: |
| Based on analyzing the land desertification, structural adjustment of agriculture, non-grazing and climate change, the cultivating forage for raising livestock as an effective way for agricultural sustainable development in Inner Mongolia was proved. And some problems of cultivating forage were discussed. |
