| Loess Plateau is a region with the most serious water and soil erosion in China. Agricultural production and ecosystem in this region are in vicious cycle for a long period of time. In order to change this situation, the relationship between agricultural production and ecological protection must be coordinated. Through the analysis of ecological and economic system in Loess Plateau, the article expounds the difficulties, necessity and feasibility of realizing harmonious development, and puts forward the basic strategic ways of developing agricultural production and ecological protection in this region. |
