Abstract:
The effect of potassium and manganese fertilizer cooperating application on quality and yield of winter wheat in dryland in the cinnamon soil area in westen Henan Province was studied. The results showed that cooperating application of potassium and manganese fertilizer could increase sedimentation value , protein yield, the content of wet gluten and protein, and prolong the dough stable time. The results of Duncan's test on the quality of wheat showed that difference among the main treatments (application rates of potassium fertilizer) reached the very significant level, but difference among the subtreatments (concentrations of manganese fertilizer) was not significant except the protein yield. The regression model of wheat yield with potassium and manganese fertilizer was y=3471.6879+12.4313x1+318495x2+49.3548x1x2-0.0648x21-75075000x22. The application rate for maximum yield was 96.7 kg/hm2 K2O cooperated with foliage dressing of manganese fertilizer (0.2%).
