Abstract:
      The present situation of water resource shortage in Baojixia irrigation areas is very severe, therefore, to use the hydraulic conservation projects efficiently is very important to increase the supply of irrigation water. Based on the theory of "decomposition-coordination" for large-scale systems, the optimal model has been set up to achieve the maximum supply and minimum surplus for utilizing water resources in the reservoirs in Baojixia irrigation areas.
