Abstract:
This article analyzes food producing system in Asai County,by using theory of energy analysis founded by Odum H.T. The results show: the rate of both supplemental energy input and output of food producing system is rather low, and need to be increased; The environment loading rate is not high as a whole, and the unrenewable environmental resources are badly destroyed, so attentions should be paid to increasing utilization efficiency of renewable environmental resources and conserving water and soil; In the supplemental energy input, the value of organic energy is a little larger than that of inorganic energy, and it's necessary to add supplemental energy proportionately in order to enhance the eco-economic effect of the system; Corn and legume hold a high proportion in the energy output, and the regulation of food producing structure should follow eco-economic principles, i.e., maintaining or compressing planting area of grain crops, expanding corn and legume which are suitable for both food and fodder, and developing house-base stockbreeding and food processing.
