| This paper summarizes the main research progress in the aspects of crop species selection and rational distribution, rotation system and farming-pasture coupling, agro-forestry system and comprehensive development of agriculture, forestry and animal stocking, conservation tillage, and runoff agriculture in dry-land regions at home and abroad. Furthermore, it prospects the trend of research and development of farming system in the future. |
