Abstract:
In the light of the existing problems in irrigation management, the RS techniques were applied to decision-making of water allocation management. The status of plant growth and soil water content under drought condition were put forward as evaluating indexes, and the proper dynamic water distribution schemes were also made according to the priority grades of water demand so as to improve water-saving and to enhance benefits in irrigated areas.
