| Abstract: |
| In Northwest China，the climate is arid，the water resources are short，and the ecological environment is very brittle．The scarcity of water resources restricts the ecological environment construction， and in reverse，the degradation of ecological environment in this area expedites the lack of water resources． The paper summarizes the studies on the interaction between ecological environment construction and sustainable use of water resources，and brings forward that the ecological environment construction must be confined to water resources in Northwest China． |
