| Considering the severe water shortage in the catchments of Shiyang river and on the basis of the assessment of demand and supply balance in water resources, the paper predicts the demand and supply balance in water resources in the near future, analyzes the possible severity of the water shortage, put forward the measures of intensified water saving and expected goals whereof, the plan to implement the program to transfer water from outside, and the measures to control water pollution. |
