The resource of wild medicinal plants is plentiful on the saline-alkali lands in western region of Gansu province. There are mainly 50 kinds of wild medicinal plants, which belong to 21 families and 40 categories. In terms of the current situation of agro-production, it is necessary to exploit and utilize the medicinal plants resurce reasonably.
