Abstract:
:Because of complex terrains in the loss plateau,it is difficult to get higher precision of remote sensing images classification only depending on the automatic classification based on the spectral characteristics. In order to improve the precision, the study that the application of the slope mapping to the soil and water loss information on the Loess Plateau with the support of software ERDAS IMAGINE was carried out.Result indicated that a higher precision could be available with the help of slope mapping.
