| Some negtive effects are analyzed about Shiyang River Basin in the aspects of water resources shortage, vegetable degeneracy, land salinization and desertification and quality of watetr worsen. Some methods and advices are proposed such as exploring more kinds of the water resources, reasonable allocation of the water resources, establishing authoritative institution, which are afforded the new methods and advices to the water resource sustainable. |
