| The concerted development of ecological environment and economy in the region covered by the headwaters of the Jinghe River is part of the concerted development of the reaches of the Jinghe River. The paper analyzes the background characteristics of the headwaters region in environment, natural resources, economic development and policy in terms of cooperation theory, discusses the meanings, goals and industrialization base of its realizing concerted development in environment and economy, and puts forward the measures to establish the concept of concerted development of catchments systems, efficiently use natural resources, adjust industrial structures, set up the systems for ecological industries, control population growth, improve population quality , speed up infrastructure construction and form the compensating mechanism of catchments ecology. |
