| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of water shortage in the northern regions in China, this paper proposes the main measures for the non-engineering water-saving strategies to alleciate the supply-demand conflict of water resources, mainly including water-saving irrigation schedule, optimal operation of water resource system, agricultural water price reform and drought-resistant and water-conserving chemicals. |
