| Extracting DNA from O.rufipogon, Avena fatua L., Lycium barbarum L. by CTAB and two SDS improved methods, the results show that the DNA extracted by methods of SDS-Ⅰand CTAB from O.rufipogon and Avena fatua L. are better than SDS-Ⅱ, the method of SDS-Ⅱ is more suitable for Lycium barbarum L. |
