Abstract:
Different concentrations of NaCl and Kanamycin were used for studying on selection of transgenic Poplar plantlets. Through comparing the differentiation rate and growth potential of transgenic plants and control, then transgenic plant proved by PCR analysis, we acquired optimal selective medium in our transformation system. NaCl can't be used for selective marker. Kanamycin can be used for selective marker in our system. And the optimal selective medium was modified MS with BA 0.5 mg/L, NAA 0.1 mg/L, ceftriaxone sodium 200 mg/L and Kanamycin 100 mg/L.
