| Abstract: |
| According to the observation in different growing stage of Astragalus membranaceus of artificial planting, the result indicates that contents of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the Astragalus membranaceus changed bigger in different growing stage. The contents reach the highest in the June, then the contents gradually descend by its lowest in September, subsequently, the contents rapidly raised until the middle of the October. Therefore, it is suggested that selecting the harvest time should be mainly based on the highest contents and yields of Astragaloside Ⅳ of Astragalus membranaceus in order to gain the highest yields and active ingredient. According to the result of the Growing Astragalus membranaceus harvest time is the middle ten days of October in Longxi. |
