Abstract:
In order to understand the effect of different water treatment on characteristics of wheat grain fill and Yield of wheat with specialized end-uses pot experiments were carried out at Henan Agricultural University Research Station during 2001~2003. The results are as follows: during the course of wheat grain fill, the process of the increase of grain's weight (that is, the process of grain fill) presents a shape of “S”, which is simulated by the Cubic Multinomial Equation, and the parameters in the above equations is different at different water treatments. At 40%, all the parameters were improved for Yumai 34, it increased (advanced) the rate of grain fill, grain weight and time of the maximum rate of grain fill for Yumai 49, and the period of grain fill and grain wheat weight were increased for Yumai 50; At 60% the period of grain fill was increased for Yumai 49, and the time of the maximum rate of grain fill was advanced; At 80% the effect period of grain fill was enhanced for Yumai 48, the rate of grain fill was add for Yumai 50. There is a positive correlation between the parameters and the grain wheat weight both for Yumai 34 and Yumai 50, but the correlationship weren't significant; there was a negative significance correlation between grain weight and period of grain fill, and a positive significance correlation between grain weight and rate of grain fill. As for Yumai 34, yield was increased significantly in 60%, For both Yumai 49 and Yumai 50, yield was highest in 80% and both of them were different significantly.
