| Abstract: |
| Based on the features in arid and semi-arid areas and the problems of rainwater utilization,the paper puts forward the plot for intelligentized decision system of watershed rainwater utilization, establish the flow road of system development, and set up the computation models of rainwater resource capacity, utilization degree and requirement volume. Six programming schemes are advanced to realize the balance between the requirement and supply of rainwater. |
