Abstract:
Based on the long-term fertilization experiment, this article studied the effects of different fertilizers on the quality of wheat. The results showed that N fertilizer could improve the nutrition quality of wheat, increase paste strength and flexibility, but decrease paste ductibility. Manure made the wheat quality better, i.e., increased paste strength and flexibility, but its effect was less than N fertilizer. P fertilizer could decrease paste strength and flexibility, and promote paste ductibility. The cooperated application of chemical fertilizers and organic manure was beneficial to improving the quality of wheat. The effect of NPM to wheat quality was most obvious, and the effect of PM was the least. The order of effect of different fertilizer combinations to wheat quality was: NPM>NM>NP>PM.
