| This paper introduces the necessity and the basic design of the information system for water resources management in Shiyang River Basin of Gansu Province. It includes the target design, the structure design and the concept design. The information system will make the water resources management more standardized, and it can improve the efficiency of management in Shiyang River Basin. |
