| The composition of high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS) in 360 varieties were analyzed by using SDS-PAGE method in this experiment.The result showed that these winter wheat varieties had plentiful HMW-GS types.Seventeen subunits and thirty-five subunits combinations were found.The subunits of N,7+8,2+12 are major type.The frequencies of 1,7+9,5+10 in bred varieties increase obviously than that in local varieries.and the bred numbers in varieties subunit is more than that in local varieries.The combined types have plentiful numbers and proportioned distributions in bred and introduced varieties.Some genotypes with the high quality subunits combinations will be screened for the breeding program. |
