| Abstract: |
| With the stem of alfalfa as the experimental material,the physiological parameters of peroxidase activity,soluble protein content and proline content in alfalfa calluses treated by ultraviolet ray were measured under the condition of PEG drought stress.It was shown that all these three parameters in the treated calluses were evidently higher than those in the control.So the method of ultraviolet ray can be used to improve the drought resistance of alfalfa. |
