Abstract:
The seeds of A.splenden(frin.) Nevski were treated with different concentration of NaCl to investigate the changes of diastase activity,SOD activity,POD activity and soluble carbohydrate content during the germinating process. The results showed: the SOD activity and POD activity of A.splenden were increased under salt stress, and presented a trend of double-peak curve;but the diastase activity and soluble carbohydrate content were decreased compared to the control, and had a negative correlation with salt concentration.
